Kelvinhaugh Cottage sits in the clachan, or hamlet, of Auchencairn, just outside the village of Whiting Bay. The cottage is at the end of the clachan on a quiet, paved, single track road, surrounded by fields. The cottage consists of a downstairs toilet and separate shower room, an open plan living room/dining room and kitchen. Upstairs is two twin rooms, while downstairs the front door opens out onto a large garden. There is an entrance porch for jackets/shoes at the back door.
