Ideal for a couple, this stand-alone Eco friendly apartment is situated behind main house, offers off-street parking, carport and private driveway. As a special treat you are welcome to the hosts' luxury swimming pool and relaxing deck area, outdoor hot and cold shower and you can pick organically grown vegetables and herbs in the gardens around your apartment.

On the top floor (2nd floor) the apartment balcony looks directly over the pool towards the beach perfect for a coffee in the morning sun. The bathroom has a bath and seperate shower The apartment is in a resort style complex with its own pool, tennis court and a large lawn area . There is a BBQ on the balcony and a larger communal BBQ by the tennis court.

We have lots of wood for the fire in winter, the outdoor bath is wonderful for stargazing & the (shared) swimming pool heaven on a hot day. We can also provide transport at a competitive fare to & from nearby walking trails, wedding venues & wineries.

Gerringong Country and Beach

Attached cottage on acreage three minutes from town and beach. Very quiet with rural and ocean views. Lovely established gardens. Lush paddocks, friendly cows, duck pond, a working farm set on 20 acres so plenty of room for walks but only 2 minutes drive to Gerringong shops and the beach. Perfect for a beach or rural escape or just sit and read a book on the sun drenched verandas. Suitable for wheelchair access and for children.
