Exclusive use of a private 3-acre glamping site with a fully equipped party barn which has a large kitchen, shower room, and spacious indoor dining/lounge and bar area. Each Emperor tent sleeps 4 made up of a double and 2 singles (8 in total) and from September the tents have stoves fitted to keep you warm at night. There is also the option to bring one additional tent for 4 people. Outdoors, enjoy croquet, rounders, badminton, netball, and boules. There is a fire pit and BBQ. Dogs very welcome

Our tents have an open plan layout with plush furnishings including a king size bed, wood burning stove, which doubles up as an oven, and a sofa bed. The internal space measures 4 x 5.4 metres and is erected on raised wooden platforms which insulate the tents from the ground. To the front of the tent is the veranda with a barbeque, gas hob, fridge, ice tray and food preparation area. The outdoor seating is perfect for al fresco dining (the washing up area is also close by). Plates etc provided.

Gatwick is a short distance away if you want to stay just before or after a holiday, eliminating the worry of traffic and rushing to/from the airport.

LandPod

Come and stay in our LandPod on Sindles Farm. Sleeping 2 adults & up to 2 children on a super comfortable double bed and quirky bunk bed. It’s a picnic, sleepover, wild adventure kinda pod. Flip open the waterproof cover to bring all the open air fun of a convertible car to a pop up glamping experience. The Four Top is a welcoming 6 meter bell tent which includes two double beds complete with duvet, pillows and linen for that home from home feel in the great outdoors. It also features a private fire pit and seating area. The Four Top has access to a shared outdoor kitchenette with additional seating and is exclusively for glampers. There is a shared glampers toilet and new to 2025 a shared shower incl! Light and power bank available with a small fee and returnable deposit.

Each tent is fitted with fairy lights and bunting decoration and folding chairs. The small copse offers shady spots or, if you bring the children somewhere for them to play. There's a camp kitchen with gas ring and kettle for you to make your tea of coffee. Also available to order firepits, logs, bbq, charcoal and breakfast hampers.
