Lokasi homestay terletak diarea yang masih banyak pepohonan dan kurang polusi. Suasana homestay sangat mendukung untuk beristirahat, namun jika dibutuhkan akses dari homestay dijalan pemuda dekat dengan By Pass menuju Kota Kendari. Dekat dengan obyek wisata Pantai Nambo, dekat dengan jembatan kuning dimulut teluk kendari, terjangkau angkutan Taxi, GRAB.
