This quirky little studio is surrounded by 3 acres. It is a small space offering private entry, undercover parking and outdoor cooking area. There are dogs, ponies, goat, sheep, chickens, rooster, ducks and often koalas on the property. Under 10 mins walk to the pub and all that the vibrant village of Meeniyan has to offer and 5 mins walk to the rail trail. Approximately 30 mins to beaches 40 mins to Wilson’s promontory MAXIMUM OF 2 GUESTS STRICTLY NO INFANTS OR CHILDREN 0 to12 FOR SAFETY REAS

Quiet apart from a cow or two, heaps of bird life And occasional koala. Tea, coffee and continental breakfast included (bread, muffins,jams, choice of cereals)- Gluten Free on request. The private, two storey self-contained accommodation is a part of a traditional timber barn and offers two bedrooms - one on the ground level and one upstairs with a lovely balcony with stunning views over the property. Located in Gippsland Victoria - 18km from Warragul towards Korumburra and 120 km from Melbourne.
