This airy, newly-refurbished 1 bedroom garden apartment is part of a Grade II listed Georgian home, with lovely high ceilings and a view of a large, south-east facing garden. It is situated in the quiet neighbourhood of Redland, only 5 minutes walk from the Downs, as well as the bars and restaurants of Whiteladies Road. It is 5 minutes drive from Clifton Suspension Bridge, the University and BBC. Completely self-contained, it offers a private entrance, large living space & leads into the garden.

We are also able to offer our guests a parking space on our drive way, off the street behind an electric fence.

Inside are a double bed, sofa, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, induction hob and fridge with ice box. Sorry, no pets or children due to livestock on the farm.

Located just a 9 minute walk from Temple Meads Train Station and closeby to the main attractions in Bristol where you will find an array of bars and resturants, as well as local attractions, it's in a fantastic spot for guests exploring Bristol. We manage another property a few doors down in the same location which looks very similar, this is one of two.
