Paddle on the river, stroll on the beach or to the local pubs. It is a converted workshop of an old Plant Nurseries, which is now our home. It has parking x1, kitchenette, shower room, bedroom/lounge space. You will also have access to 2.5 acres of meadow and woodland which is home to an abundance of wildlife such as deer, badgers & owls.

Welcome to the Maple Room, a private en suite guest unit in our family home. The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.
