Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen bed for 2, a sofa that can sleep 1, a private bathroom, and living room. There is no kitchen or dining room, but there is a a small dining table, two chairs, a microwave, a coffeemaker with coffee, filters, disposable tableware, a toaster, and a mini-fridge (in the closet). It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.

Each additional guest, after the first 2, will be $30/nite (reflected in quote when you enter the correct # of guests.) Beautiful 8-12 minute drive to downtown, Cornell & IC. The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st fl. & queen & twin rooms on 2nd fl. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. Enjoy your stay at Studio 705! A lovely space to unwind & relax after a busy day whether it's work or play. This is a 325 sq ft studio with a cozy atmosphere. The studio is attached to my house but you will have full privacy with a private entrance & bath. We are conveniently located 10 min from Ithaca College, 15 min from Cornell & 12 min to downtown Ithaca. The cottage includes a well-stocked kitchen and living room with smart TV and free Wi-Fi.
