Outside enjoy ping pong, a BBQ, a campfire pit, and an EV charger. **Our newly built home is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex. The Greenhouse and Boho House each have fully private indoor and outdoor space.

Short drive to Greek Peak Ski Resort, newly built, 1 bdrm cottage features separate entrance, deck, green bamboo flrs, solar electric heat & air conditioning. It is surrounded by 22 acres of beautiful woods & rolling lawns. Inside enjoy the open flr plan including a ktchn w/ quartz/recycled glass countertop & a ceramic tiled bath featuring a rain shwr.

Hayt's Chapel

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Pet friendly, great for short and long stays. Queen size bed, sofa couch and futon. Pond, fire pit, and large shared deck. Smart TV w/cable you can also connect your computer/device to for streaming. Canaan Country Cottage

This is a private, rustic and cozy vacation camp that has been partially modernized with an addition containing two bedrooms. The original part of the building still has that Adirondack camp feel; woodsy and camp-like, but very private. Secluded and also close to Hammond Hill State Forest with many miles of trails for mountain biking, hiking and xc-skiing. The cottage sleeps 4 to 6. We recently upgraded the internet with a fiber connection, and added a propane grill on the back deck.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), roast some marshmallows over the fire, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (100+ MBPS).

This is a two-story unit with the master bedroom & bathroom upstairs. Driveway parking available.
