The Yard is een fris appartement op 400 meter afstand van de boulevard. Als je op zoek bent naar een verblijf in hartje Scheveningen, dan is dit de plek voor jou! De strandtenten zijn op steenworp afstand en de Keizerstraat (winkelstraat) is om de hoek. Ik bied gratis parkeren in mijn garage aan. Het appartement is heel praktisch ingedeeld en er is slim gebruik gemaakt van de aanwezige ruimten. De douche cabine is aan de kleine kant (80x70), maar dit wordt gecompenseerd met een ruime keuken!

Stay in a private cottage on our peaceful alpaca farm in the Dutch countryside. A quiet place to relax and enjoy nature. Dogs are welcome and can roam safely in the private fenced garden! Maison la Franchimon is een zomerhuis in centrum van Katwijk met alle moderne faciliteiten voor een heerlijke strandvakantie. Het huis bevindt zich 5 minuten lopen van het strand. Het huis beschikt over een woongedeelte (tv, wifi) met open keuken voorzien van vaatwasser, gasfornuis, magnetron-oven en koelkast, een badkamer met toilet en inloop-douche en twee 2-persoons slaapkamers. Er is tevens gelegenheid om gratis te parkeren.

Deze in 2021 verbouwde B&B is op 300 m van het strand en 50 m van de winkelstraat gelegen. De compacte studio is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een slaapkamer met een heerlijk tweepersoonsbed. Een mooie badkamer met toiletartikelen en haarföhn. De volledig ingerichte keuken met o.a. vaatwasser, was-droogcombi. Bluebeach is on the ground floor of our original 19th century fisherman's cottage in the heart of Scheveningen (The Hague). Walk in 10 minutes through the cozy shopping street Keizerstraat to the beach or ride the tram in 10 minutes to the center of The Hague. There are numerous restaurants and takeaways in the pleasant neighborhood. Breakfast can be a 5-minute walk away at Hofje van Noman or Kafnush in the Keizerstraat.

ESA / Estec ligt op minder dan 15 minuten fietsen of 30 minuten wandelen. Het BIO Sience Park-West is een busreisje van 10 minuten. Katwijk heeft prima verbindingen naar Leiden, Amsterdam, Den Haag etc.

Visit this cute studio in Katwijk aan Zee! From the Beachstudio to the beach is only a 300 meter walk. Also the boulevard where you can find a lot of restaurants is only a 5 minute walk, the shopping centre is a 5 minute walk as well. You will stay at the back of our house, with your own private entrance. The studio will provide you with everything you will need during your stay.
