Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Tucked away from the busy city noise, yet centrally located in Utah County just minutes from Provo, Lehi and 40 mins to downtown SLC. A beautiful 30 min drive to Sundance mtn resort. This is a newly built guest suite with a separate entrance, full kitchen, W/D and tons of natural light. 1BD 1BTH with a pool table, one king size bed and one queen inflatable bed. We may add other amenities but the guest suite is the designated area for guests.

Enjoy a stylish stay in this centrally located getaway with a private Jacuzzi. Perfect for relaxing, skiing, or working! Nearby activities include Topgolf and bike trails. Most major ski resorts are under 20 miles away: Solitude, Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, Snowbasin, Park City, and Deer Valley. Kitchenette only—no stove or cooktop, but includes a microwave, mini fridge-no freezer, air fryer, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, plates, bowls, salad bowls, and silverware. Absolutely NO parties

No cleaning fee! Central to Salt Lake and Provo/skiing. SMALL STUDIO (cute but very SMALL bathroom) Best for travelers/professionals. Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

The Tiny Chestnut

The Tiny Chestnut is located in the middle of Salt Lake valley in a quiet neighborhood. It sits beneath the chestnut tree in the backyard behind the main house. As a brand new build, the house is clean, modern, and fully furnished to help your stay be more comfortable. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. Just 5 minutes to cottonwood canyons and 20 minutes to downtown SLC sites, you will enjoy staying in this newly remodeled space. This is a cozy studio apartment in a walk-out basement. You will have your own uncovered parking space off the street, a private 6'X6' storage unit for skis and bikes, a beautiful patio and key code access to the private entrance. No smoking or vaping anywhere on property.

Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Welcome to this pet-friendly, centrally located 2 bed/2 bath home! Relax and wind down with the twinkling lights in the large backyard. This home is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping but still in a quiet and quaint location. 5 minutes West of I-15, 35 mins to the ski resorts, 25 mins to SLC Airport, 20 mins to downtown, and 15 mins to Lehi! *We welcome Small Dog (sub35lb) $25/night. Greater than 35lb, go ahead and message me. Billed after confirmed booking.
