Welcome to our neat, spacious, ground-level, downstairs apartment! Garage access and parking for 4-5 cars! We are tucked away in the suburbs with a nice view of the Jordan Valley and Oquirrh mountains and yet close to EVERYTHING; 17min from downtown SLC, 20 min to Skiing, 15 min from “silicon slopes”. We live upstairs and have 4 little kids under the age of 10 so it may be a little…stompy. And screamy. And sound like a dump truck unloading potatoes upstairs, but only from 8-10am and 5-9pm😇

A 15-20 minute drive to several major canyons, right near TopGolf, the Jordan River Parkway, and Gardner Village. Enjoy the 65-inch tv in the living room, a 55-inch tv in the master bedroom and King Dream Cloud bed in the master. Two car garage, and very fast wifi connection. Come relax in our family and pet friendly house. Fully fenced private yard and the front yard faces a beautiful neighborhood park. Large trees behind the house give the home the perfect amount of privacy. Lots of parking. It feels like a small town in the middle of Salt Lake Valley. 20 minutes from downtown and access to everything. Safe neighborhood. Most Dog shows within 20 minutes. Many ski resorts within 1 hour. The 2002 Olympic Oval is 10 minutes away.
