This brand newly refurbished first floor flat is centrally located within minutes of Fulham Broadway tube, giving you versatile access to all of Central London. A bright and airy reception room enjoys a brand new sofa bed (for extra guests) and a newly installed TV with Netflix. This leads to a newly fitted kitchen with a feature forest wall and all the mod cons from a brand new oven, convection hob, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The terrace enjoys a south west facing terrace overlooking mature trees that lead to the park. A perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an early evening drink, enabling you to soak up the buzzy atmosphere. Wifi is available. The spacious bedroom boasts a kingsize double bed and brand new ensuite shower room with rain shower and feature lighting. We supply one set of fresh linen for your stay, Nespresso coffee, tea, milk, sweeties and a bespoke handbook to guide you to local restaurants and necessities. Whether your stay in London is for business, touring, shopping or simply pleasure, this is an ideal central location in London. To the rear of the building is access to coffee shops/ restaurants and a delightful park, with Boris Bikes available to rent should you fancy taking a tour. You will be close to everything when you stay at this Central London Apt. South Kensington metro is 600 metres walk. Heathrow Airport 30 mins by train. Very near bus stops, supermarkets/restaurants. Drop off your luggage early and leave luggage for pick up later - just advise us of the timing. You can walk to 3 museums - Science Museum, Victoria & Albert, Natural History Museum. You are 5 mins walk from the beautiful church, The London Oratory. Holland Park 10 mins. Tour bus stop 5 mins.

There are two flights of stairs to the apartment which is then arranged over the 2nd & 3rd floors of the original house. The master bedroom, reception room, kitchen are all located on the 2nd floor. A beautiful internal glass spiral staircase leads to the top floor where you will find two further large bedrooms. There is a small roof terrace at 2 floor.

The works are not loud, but the flat is darker than usual.

Joyful Kensington Studio

Stunning studio located on the First Floor of this impressive Victorian House on a tree lined street adjacent to Kensington Palace. The studio has been recently refurbished with a brand new bathroom and redecorated. There is a double bed in the studio room and a sofa bed.
