It is ideal for small families or 2 couples, with two large double beds and the option to add a single floor mattress (inner spring) and an airbed. Built around the 1940s, the house has high ceilings which give a lovely spacious feel to the rooms, and we have just added an ensuite bathroom to one of the bedrooms. It's a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Sunny, airy, warm and bright! Pear Tree is a turn of the century house with beautiful views of the city, and the Gorge. Combining new and old, the house boasts a beautiful modern kitchen with Bosch appliances. The lounge room oozes old world charm with magnificent city views. The outdoor area has numerous spots to socialise or find a sunny spot to read a good book. Pear Tree is situated a few blocks uphill from the CBD, or a short downhill walk to Charles Street Restaurants.
