Guests, please note that when only two people are staying and require separate beds, an additional one-off fee of $50 will be requested. I look forward to hosting you.

It's secure with a locked front gate and 250m walking distance to shops, 800m to beach, 250m to trams and 1k to train. This is our own home that we rent out on occasions. A home not a house :)
