Owls Rest is a off-grid eco Log House, it is one of two (Hare's Folly) quiet & idyllic self catering holiday accommodation situated on our 250 acre Farm Estate which sits on the banks of Sulby Reservoir in the heart of the Great British countryside. Enjoy picturesque views of Sulby Reservoir & farm land, beautiful sunsets & an abundance of Wildlife from the Hot Tub. This log house and its Hot Tub & Sauna are totally private and are accessed by hard farm tracks with electric gates via Park Farm.

Possibly the warmest award winning outdoor pool in the U.K. Minimum winter temperature of 89 Degtees F! The retreat cabin is a place for couples to genuinely switch off from the outside world. Fitted with remote controlled privacy blinds which can be fully or partially openen. Underfloor heating is also fitted. This area is completely private and not shared with other guests.

Our unique cosy Shepherd's Hut is beautifully handcrafted in timber and includes small luxuries within a traditional rural space. Fully fitted kitchen, gas hob, oven and fridge. A king size double bed, shower and toilet. A log burner for chillier times and fully insulated. Sooth yourself with our luxury handmade sheep milk soap. Fresh eggs from our chickens. Surrounded by our sheep and lambs in the fields yet within walking distance of the village, pub or circuit. No dogs. No Children.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Cook up a storm with our full kitchen facilities or relax in your private courtyard garden! Staying for a week or more? Don't worry, we have you covered with a washing machine too!
