Oxfordshire Country Cottage

Mews Cottage is a self catering guest house located within the North Wessex Downs Area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB); Mews Cottage is the converted stables next to the country house and now provides you with a base within a rural location to relax and explore Oxfordshire Situated on the south side of the Wittenham Clumps; a prominent Oxfordshire landmark featuring an ancient hill fort and clumps of trees atop the two hills which provide far reaching views as far as neighbouring counties

Castle Loft, Central Wallingford

Wallingford was once home to one of the strongest and most important castles in England. In 1067 William the Conqueror instructed the building of the castle on his way to London to take the throne. In 1502 Henry VIII inherited the castle. On 17 November 1652 Cromwell’s Council of State ordered its demolition, making way for this newly built loft apartment within the castle boundary. Just 3 minutes walk from shops bars and restaurants, downstairs shower & cloakroom, gas central heating and WIFI.

The White House at Wayland

The studio is situated on a quiet private road overlooking an area of outstanding natural beauty, within easy walking distance to the riverside village of Goring-on-Thames. The self-contained studio is on two floors, which is bright, airy and furnished well with a private entrance. You can get fantastic views at the top of the garden and, better still, from the top field. Breakfast basket including cereals and bread, milk, juice and fresh ground coffee and a selection of teas will be included.

The Studio: Spacious room on the Thames Path

Simple and stylish, this spacious studio is set back from the road, just off the Thames Path at the foot of the Chiltern Hills. A 2 minute walk from the local pub with regular street food, 5 minute walk from the river and 10 minutes from the shops, restaurants and train station in Pangbourne (direct trains to London in approx. 50 mins). Free parking is available and the room has a patio and outdoor seating area. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided but there is no fridge or kitchen.

Manstone Cottage, Yattendon

Situated just outside the picturesque village of Yattendon, Manstone Cottage is surrounded by beautiful views of rolling country side. Spacious and elegantly furnished, with private parking the cottage is the ideal get away for couples, families or small groups. Within walking distance of the village with it's fantastic pub, shop, cafe, brewery and beauty salon you won't have much need to go far but it's also well situated for access to Newbury, Hungerford, Goring, Pangbourne and Henley.

A relaxing retreat close to the Thames.

The Studio is a self contained space attached to our home. It has an open plan area with a kitchen, dining , sitting and sleeping space as well as a separate shower room. Access is through a private entrance at the front of the house. Purley on Thames is a small village in West Berkshire with good access to Reading, Pangbourne and Oxford by car. The Studio is a 10 min walk away from Mapledurham Lock on the Thames path and there are also some lovely walks through nearby Sulham woods.

The Hayloft - luxury country retreat

A country hideout above our detached oak framed barn. Stylishly furnished in a rustic luxury theme ensuring this retreat ticks all boxes to make your stay comfortable & cosy! Very spacious and an ideal place to come and relax for a romantic countryside break. Fantastic pub in the neighbouring village that serves food most days (please check) and there is a very well equipped kitchen should you like to cook for yourselves. Easy access to Oxfordshire best countryside walks too.

Take time out & unwind in this rural setting with lots of opportunities to be active, great cafes & pubs to walk & cycle to. On the edge of the village, surrounded by fields with walking/cycling/riding; paddle boarding nearby, and easy road access to Henley, Goring, Oxford & Reading. This newly converted annexe is flexible, spacious, light & airy. Access to all the garden is encouraged and can potentially involve additional camping, guided mountain biking, and personal training.

Charming barn conversion with vast living space

Set alongside our beloved family home, in 7 acres of open farmland, this wonderful space offers a welcome retreat from the stresses of everyday life. Worminghall is predominantly a farming village, within easy vehicular access to Oxford and the market town of Thame. Situated on the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire borders, it's the perfect location if you are visiting for a wedding or function nearby, or simply wish to explore the area's many local attractions.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Cabin in the country

An idyllic country cabin nestled on the corner of our land in the beautiful village of Aldworth, West Berkshire. Just a 20 minute off-road walk to the Ridgeway. It's got a lovely open plan kitchen & living area (with log burner), bedroom (with double bed) & bathroom with shower. We provide wood for the fire, basic kitchen supplies you're welcome to help yourself to and shampoo/shower gel.

Beautiful garden cabin

Enjoy the tranquil view from this comfortable, well insulated chalet-style cabin. It has a separate entrance via the garden gate, and guests will be totally self-contained away from the house. This is an ideal resting place after exploring Oxford's historical centre. Full cooking facilities, fridge, shower room, tv and internet connection. Sleeps two.
