The unit is located on the ground floor which offers convenient access to pool area and assigned parking. Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed/ full bath in the master room, a queen bed in the guest bedroom with shared full bath. Maximum occupancy-5 persons. Fully equipped for your best pal with a large pet door and an even larger kennel. Beach toys, boogie boards — everything you need for your Padre vacation in one place. Let's build a sandcastle - that is what your hosts are famous for!

Great dining with in one block walking distance e.g. Mexican food of Chilito Pikin. Craft beers from Padre Island Brewing company. Tom and Jerry's bar and grill. Josephine’s for Breakfast & Lunch, Whataburger for a quick bite.

Great condo on the beach side of South Padre Island available! Booking guest must be 21 or over and stay for trip. This place has a pool available during daylight hours and is perfect for families. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with third sofa bed that pulls out from sleeper sofa. There is an assigned long parking spot that can fit 2 cars. There is a biking /running trail as well as beach access within a couple hundred feet. No more than 6 guests at any time permitted. (2nd floor)

The best aspect of this condo is its location having a lots of amenities within walking distance.

It's walking distance to shops, restaurants and Schlitterbahn. We have new appliances, flooring, couches, a washer/dryer, and we're granting you access to the owners' closet w/beach chairs, beach toys, tennis rackets, etc. During Spring Break wrist bands are required for people ages 12 - 32; they're $30 +tax/ea. This gorgeous 3rd floor, beachfront, condo has recently been renovated. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with unbelievable gulf views from the living area and master bedroom. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise. The balcony can be accessed from the living area and the master bedroom. The kitchen has granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, and is completely stocked with everything you need to cook an amazing meal at home. There are 2 pools and a hot tub on site as well!

This beautifully designed 1 bed 1.5 bath condo with picturesque views-of the Ocean & soothing sounds of the waves create the perfect beachfront experience for a couples getaway or family of 4. You forget the adult only hot tub is a building amenity when you’re only 10 feet away. The fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for 6 is the perfect space to gather. The oversized (210 square foot) balcony is perfect to take a nap in our lounge chairs, watch the fireworks or dine al-fresco.

The distance is just enough to be away from the crowds and have a quiet, relaxing and private time on the balcony.

Each room is equipped with a 50-inch HD TV. The entrances and driveways are completely separate from the main house, ensuring your privacy. The downstairs unit is accessed through a private gated area that leads to the entry door on the side of the house.

Our internet connection gives has the bandwidth you need for 14 devices to conference on Zoom or 20 devices to stream Netflix.
