There is a biking /running trail as well as beach access within a couple hundred feet. No more than 6 guests at any time permitted. (2nd floor)

Walking distance to the beach, the turtle rescue, the bird sanctuary, & Clayton’s famous beach bar! There are fireworks every weekend from April to October that can be seen from the condo’s location. You can fish right from the canal! You can even bring you boat or kayak. The condo is close to where you can view Space X’s launches.

The distance is just enough to be away from the crowds and have a quiet, relaxing and private time on the balcony.

Pets are not allowed, and the unit is non-smoking. Tenants who compromise the space will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

Beautifully decorated beach house located right off of Gulf Blvd. Although we are not right on the beach, we have a beach access right across on either side of Island Breeze and only 1 minute walking distance. Island Breeze Beach House is located upstairs on the East side.
