Idyllic location with room for 2 additional guests. Your own front door and parking space . A ten minute walk to Resorts world , NEC, train station . This large welcoming family room features a super king size bed with additional double sofa bed ( surcharge £20 p/p ) modern en-suite bathroom and large wardrobe with a dressing room . Ironing board /iron, hairdryer and tea / coffee facilities provided as well as your own fridge and microwave.

You will love being in a quiet cul de sac, parking outside the house. Only a 20 minute walk into Sutton Coldfield, and Good Hope Hospital, via Newhall Valley Country Park. Sutton Park is nearby, which is a beautiful, 2400 acre National Nature Reserve. There are buses and trains within a short walking distance, to Birmingham, Universities, NEC, Tamworth,Lichfield and more! I am easy going, and willing to help with any queries. I have 2 gorgeous well behaved and friendly cockapoo dogs.

Sky Q box for access to full Sky TV package with Sports and Movies. Located in a charming North Shropshire hamlet on the side of a low hill. We are the closest off site accommodation to Hawkstone Hall wedding venue. 100 yards from B road so almost no noise at night. Continental breakfast included.

Large twin room in a Farmhouse

Twin room in a beautifully restored 17th-century listed farmhouse with two larger-than-standard single beds (3’6”) and lovely rural views. Guests share a bathroom, kitchen, sitting and dining rooms within the guest wing with other guests if present, though numbers are kept low for a relaxed stay. Private entrance. Peaceful hamlet within walking distance of a pub, 5 mins to Albrighton, 10 mins to the M54 and close to David Austin Roses. Hosts live in a separate part of the house.

Wren's Retreat at Marsh Farm Bed and Breakfast

Wren's Retreat at Marsh Farm is located near to many great family attractions including Alton Towers, Drayton Manor Park, Shugborough Hall, Sudbury Hall, The National Arboretum, Lichfield city and Cannock Chase. The room is located on the ground floor of the barn conversion and features two single beds, there is also an additional sofa bed for a 3rd guest. The room has level access and facilities for less able guests. Rate includes breakfast. Dogs welcome in this room.

My place is close to great walking , historic monuments and Ludlow. You’ll love the place because of the outdoor space,the amazing views , the comfy bed and the eclectic artwork . The place is good for couples, solo adventurers, .You have your own private showeroom/toilet, large lounge, spacious bedroom and private summerhouse........ I offer a taxi service with minimal fee….two private rooms with en suite . Dinner can also be provided on special request .

Lovely and secluded behind electric gates, our home offers this beautiful peaceful room complete with modern day comfort to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. A place to relax and become stress free. Travelling by rail is easy as one of the two stations is only 1.5 miles away taking youinto B’ham (30 mins) or Lichfield (12 mins). The historic town of Tamworth is only a short drive away with its Anglo Saxon Castle with beautiful grounds and gardens.

Whole private second floor and an half, including double bedroom and private bathroom, plus a unique TV/resting area, it's a green bubble at the door of the big city, ideally located 7 min walk from Kings Norton station. Spacious, quiet and cozy, our loft is on the second floor of the house, which we refurbished over the past few years while keeping its Edwardian soul. Access is via the main house entrance and through shared corridor and staircase.

I hope that Deuet Mat feels like a home away from home. Feel free to use the lounge and dining room as well as the garden. Your stay includes a simple breakfast of toast and spreads. However, having gained my 5 stars from Environmental Health I can offer you other meals at a reasonable extra charge. I'm au fait with allergens and can also cater for Vegetarians and Vegans. This single room is dog friendly

Emmanuel House offers a superb double bedroom in a 4 bedroom family house with pretty gardens to the rear. 10 mins drive to Telford Town Centre, Telford Railway station, the international exhibition Centre and the world famous Ironbridge. In the guest bedroom there is a fridge /tv/microwave oven and tea coffee are provided. . We look forward to welcoming you to our home

A mere 10 minute walk to the city centre with Cathedral, theatre, bars, restaurants and shops. Jimi, my cockerpoo, and I welcome friendly (to both of us) dogs. one rule they must not be left in the room.
