Lokasinya berada ditengah-tengah, 15 menit jalan kaki dan 2 menit berkendara ke pantai. 5 menit jalan kaki ke Alfamart. Didepan Vila juga tersedia Kazebo dan tempat bermain untuk anak-anak.
