Studio Metta - Cowaramup

Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a new cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Beachside Retreat

On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. It includes a covered carport, a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a lounge/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. The terrace, is designed for outdoor dining and equipped with a barbeque. We welcome infants and toddlers under 2 years old and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request

Welcome to Studio Pimelia, your Margaret River Home (AMR Shire Approved P220294). Featuring a beautiful forest view this studio is cozy, self contained and private. It has a comfortable bed and all new furnishings. We put a lot of love into preparing this space for you and only provide quality products for use. We are situated directly across the road from lovely walking trails. Only a five minute drive to downtown Margaret River so you won't miss a beat. We know you will love your stay.

The Barefoot Nook

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. The river is a 5 minute walk away with stunning bush walks and trails, if you follow the river you'll find the Brewhouse! P221658

Lola by the bay - cosy getaway

Lola by the bay is a stylish and relaxing guest suite, designed to host two people in comfort and peace. Located along the west wing of our family home, with private entrance and patio, this self-contained space is a great place to relax after a day of exploring all the beautiful treasures the South West has to offer. Within walking distance from the beach (less than 5 min.) and shops and restaurants nearby, Lola is a great base for your next getaway in the Broadwater resort area.

Little Ginger

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. Sip on champagne in the outdoor bathtub while your partner cooks up a feed on the weber Q, or relax in the luxurious king bed after taking a shower under the double rain shower heads. The studio is equipped with everything you need including: a toaster, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine, and a plug in cooktop.

Welcome to Barn Hives. Self-sustainable Eco-luxury pods. Each of our Barn Hives consists of a two story open plan living space. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days.

Spacious self contained apartment with 2 queen beds one upstairs. Large modern bathroom with separate toilet located downstairs. Private entry and parking located on 8 acres of Bush property. Spacious living area with lounge, dining, kitchen with fridge and microwave and small oven, the kitchen has basic cooking appliances . The kitchen comes equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, toaster, jug, tea and coffee. There is a bbq on the outdoor patio.
