Opposite an old church with views across the valley it offers an an ideal getaway with walks in every direction and outdoor activities (canoeing, climbing, horse riding) further afield. Local events include: The Abergavenny Food Festival, Crickhowell Walking Festival, Haye Literary Festival, The Green Man. The village is two miles away with shops and pubs.

Ideal for a romantic break or a family holiday the authentic, Mongolian yurt has a Super King size bed and a double futon, wool insulation and a wood burner. Beside the yurt is an ancient cob cottage housing a kitchen and shower room/wc. The yurt is set up for two adults, but can accommodate four people. It has its own kitchen with a fridge/ice box, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, two-ring induction hob ,table and chairs, two USB charging points and a Webber BBQ.
