The perfect place to stay as a couple or by yourself when visiting Hay. From the Tiny Townhouse it is only a short walk up Brook St to the centre of town passing Booths Cinema. Closer to home is The Globe, an old converted chapel turned Restaurant. The house is very cosy yet modern with an open plan ground floor with kitchen whilst the upstairs bedroom has a kingsize bed & a large walk in shower in the bathroom. At the back of the property there is access for bike storage.

Once part of the farm belonging to the Marquess of Bute. Close to the city centre, Cardiff Uni, Bute Park and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. If you like the unusual you should love this cottage because of the location and quirky old fashioned charm of the place. It suits families, visiting academics and small groups. Good WIFI. . Host has good knowledge of local area. I usually live in this house when not on AirB&B, therefore this is my home too. Please note if you want a hotel style house/room consider using the Elephant and Castle in Newtown.
