Between Edale Valley and Hope Valley, at Hopevale Cottages we're surrounded by peaceful pasture and woodland, adjacent to National Trust land with direct access to many local footpaths including "The Great Ridge Walk". Derwent Valley offers a beautiful day out cycling, cycle hire available locally. Ultrafast broadband means you can work as well as walk (85 Mp)

Self-catering holiday home, sleeps 8, 3 shower/bath, situated in the Peak District National Park- stunning views from every room. An outdoor enthusiast's paradise with walks from the doorstep, cycling, climbing and swimming in the famous Hathersage lido. A spacious, comfortable, well equipped warm home - Ideal for family get togethers. We allow one well behaved dog ( sometimes two by arrangement). Booking calendar can be misleading. ‘Top O' Th Hill Farm’ is nestled on the infamous 'Hill Street', home to ‘Last of the Summer Wine’ characters, Howard, Pearl and Clegg. The grade II listed farm dates back to 1700 and offers an authentic, cosy retreat, steeped in period features and set in 6 acres of woodland and meadows. The farm offers a peaceful location grounding in nature above the sleepy village of Jackson Bridge with outstanding views across the valley and within 2 miles of Holmfirth on the edge of the Peak District.

Built in our garden, this hideaway serves as accommodation for our large family to use when visiting. It has a large open plan kitchen/lounge diner with a sofa bed, one double bedroom, an office area, bathroom and a utility room housing the laundry facilities. It has underfloor heating and is double glazed. There is a dedicated parking space on our drive and a deck to sit on, in good weather.

This shepherd's hut, situated on a working farm, sleeps two people in a king size bed with separate shower room. A welcome pack is included and parking on site. Sorry no dogs as this is a working sheep farm. The Higger Tor Shepherds Hut is sister to the Stanage Edge Shepherd's Hut making this an ideal site for two couples to holiday together.
