Fabulous riverfront location only 1 Hour from Perth. Complete with all the mod cons you will need. Wake up to the serenity of the Murray river. Enjoy a spot of fishing on your own private jetty or head out in the boat to catch your breakfast(boat ramp is less than 2kms down the road) Summer days are glorious in this waterfront property and during the cooler months you just need a good book or a board game with the kids and nestle in front of the pot belly with a glass of wine. Ah the serenity.

Delightful Beach retreat for you to relax ,just one hour south of Perth. It has 4 double bedrooms which easily sleeps 8 adults and more if you utilise the sofa bed. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Multiple areas where you can relax and unwind. Front porch to watch the kangaroos at night or rear entertainment deck with BBQ and undercover area at rear. Our Family Holiday home, not a new hotel, but we love it! 6 min walk to the beach. Please note we do not accept Schoolies bookings.

Loads of parking for boats or caravans. Come home for a good night sleep with quality beds with high thread count sheets. Great for people with food intolerances or allergies as tiles throughout, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare those special meals. Small house trained dogs may be allowed on request.
