Trams are just outside the front door, Marvel Stadium just across the road, Southern Cross Train station is a 10 minute walk, ferries are a 5 minute walk and Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre is 25 mins walk or 3 tram stops away. Nearby is District Docklands offering a range of cafes, kids activities and Hoyts Cinema.
