Completely separate apartment. 10 years as a LEGAL Airbnb, legit not fake Permit (many aren't); and Super Hosts. Quiet, shaded courtyard sitting area. Quiet apt. No kids, pets, or smokers live here. Fast WIFI, full kitchen, HDTV, CATV, W/D. 2024 laminate; tile. Unusual perks: Well-lit, level, easy street parking. Quiet street. 15-20' to PDX 24/7. Walkable to SE Portland's best food, pubs, shops, etc.

Woodstock Tiny House

Detached, very small (300 sq ft) guest house in the Southeast Portland neighborhood of Woodstock. Lots of walkable eateries as well as New Seasons and Safeway within a 5 minute walk. Close to Reed College, Woodstock Village, Springwater Trail, Southeast Portland Neighborhoods, Public Transportation. You’ll love the location, the outdoors space, and the ambiance. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. TV (Netflix enabled!), A/C (summer months), heat, coffee, fridge/freezer.

Eclectic cottage & sauna bath house/SE Portland

This cottage is a rustic bohemian experience. There is a queen bed and a sleeping loft which is good for kids accessed via a built in ladder (one bed and one ikea double mat (great for kids) in total). Cottage has a kitchenette in the main room where the bed is. There is an OUTDOOR shower/bath and sauna which is incredible in the fall and winter! Inside the cottage there is small bathroom which is in fact down right tiny (not for big folks) wood stove/ oil heater/ac. no smoking allowed.

Sweet Hideaway is a little, cozy space for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful refuge in the trees, yet only a 10 minute drive to downtown. You will have your own entrance and enjoy a Tempurpedic queen bed, a smart TV, your private bathroom, a dining/kitchenette area with a bar table and stools, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea, coffee, treats, utensils, a private table and chairs on the deck over the trees. For 2+ night stay, free use of washer/dryer.
