This stylish cottage is located on the river Blackwater, surrounded by boat yards and fisherman cottages, putting you right in the heart of the town's maritime heritage. From the master bedroom enjoy a river view with the masts of Maldon's iconic Thames Barges and Northey Island in the distance. The house itself has been lovingly renovated and beautifully furnished by its current owner and is a comfortable & stylish base from which to explore historic Maldon and the incredible Essex coast line.

The location is great for people who love long walks & nature as we are surrounded by ancient unspoilt woodlands and rolling hills. We have a choice of three Forestry Commission Parks to visit.
