This is a clean and cozy home pocketed on the shore (dry in 2023, 2024 &2025) of the scenic north western cove of Babb's famous Duck Lake. It's 15 minutes from GNP's Many Glacier entrance, and about the same to the St. Mary GNP Gate. Thousands of people visit Glacier every Summer for its majestic scenery, wildlife viewing, fishing, hiking, and other adventure opportunities. This home is the perfect landing spot for you and your family to launch from to explore America's greatest park.

The Bunkhouse

Come to relax and experience a taste of the country at RTR Ranch with our newly renovated 450 sq/ft 1905 bunkhouse. Featuring a kitchen, living room, bedroom and en suite with a soaker tub and glass walk in shower. Cuddle up on the couch for a movie or outside on the porch swing gazing at the stars. After a good nights sleep enjoy your coffee on porch swing or a stroll around the ranch! Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and packaged oatmeal is provided. There is so much more to enjoy at RTR!

We have 3 cabins on the property. The Deer House, The Beaver House and The Little Red House Filed with character and charm, The Deer House is an authentic log cabin on our beautiful and private 30 acre property. Beautiful rustic off-grid straw bale cabin surrounded by unspoiled nature and working ranch lands, located between Calgary and Canmore. Running water May-Oct, wood stove and old-fashioned outhouse. Cozy and simple with all the comforts you need. We lived in this little cabin with two toddlers for over a year while we built our house and it has everything you need to be comfortable. It is magical in the winter. Fun fact: A full length feature film was recently filmed here!

This is a sweet cabin nestled among huge willows with an amazing view of the Rockies in the distance. There’s a vintage clawfoot tub and shower outside on the deck, and a new compost outhouse tucked behind at the back of the cabin, how cool is that! Inside is a comfy king bed with soft linens, antique table and chairs, microwave, french press coffee maker , toaster and a BBQ outside. There are lots of lovely shade trees and a shared fire pit area for your own picnics.

Red's cabin has been lovingly restored to create a special and memorable experience for your holiday or getaway. This unique and peaceful hideaway is located on a small farm just 2 km outside of Pincher Creek AB, close to Waterton Lakes National park, Castle Mountain ski and recreation area, Crowsnest Pass and plenty of other scenic and historic sights.
