Tooloom Homestead - 高原度假胜地。

Treat yourself to a totally private and immersive High Country Escape. You will enjoy a fully equipped gourmet, granite kitchen with double oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and huge island bench. The 18 meter long, open entertainment area includes a large dining room table, slow combustion fire and huge open fireplace. Constructed from local hardwood timber, the house is imbued with a distinctive Australian aesthetic and the walls are decorated with botanical eucalyptus drawings. Spend summer evenings on the expansive veranda, taking in panoramic vistas and breathtaking sunsets and when the cooler weather arrives, unwind with a glass of wine and enjoy the rustic appeal of a roaring open fire. If you are keen for adventure, take an exhilarating wilderness walk or kayaking adventure on the Tooloom river. Pack a picnic hamper, fishing rods and sunglasses and head for the river, where you can cast a lure and wait for a bass to strike. The architecturally designed homestead is perfect for large families or groups, with its wrap around veranda and spacious, travertine ensuites, adjoining every room. For biosecurity reasons, we ask that you leave your pets at home, but feel free to encounter the many cattle, horses, Pretty Faced Wallabies, occasional shy koalas and platypus that call this landscape their home. Imagine the perfect country retreat and it would probably look something like 'Casita de Campo'. Peaceful, charming and cosy, the cottage is a graceful mix of period charm and modern facilities surrounded by 44 acres of vineyards and natural forest. We do have eco friendly solar power and rain water harvesting. We were blessed with some rainy years (2024-2025) but please always be aware of water usage. Complimentary firewood from 1-5 till 1-9 Bring your own firewood after the 1st of September.

It comfortably accommodates 4 guests. It has a modern country style kitchen and a huge bathroom with claw foot bath and rain head shower. The comfortable lounge boasts a fireplace. The front veranda looks across Quart Pot Creek and into the township. The cottage is a short stroll to the main street, restaurants and cafes.

Located in a quiet part of town, you will get the country feel without the seclusion and are just a short walk from town.

Wallaby Creek Retreat Farm Cottage

Wallaby Creek Retreat offers complete privacy in a remote farming valley in the border ranges, Northern NSW. The cottage is 2brm, self-contained, wood fire heater and big outdoor fireplace, lots of space, lots of quiet, 2.5 hours from Brisbane & the Coast, big verandas overlooking the scenic valley. Screen-free zone: no tv, no phone reception, no wi-fi, no 240 v power (all gas and solar powered). Full kitchen for cooking, dining inside or out, 1 queen room, 1 queen + single room.

Jacanda Alpacas Farmstay is located near the quaint village of Wallangarra , right on the border of QLD and NSW. We are central to the Granite Belt wineries, easy access to Girraween National Park and the historical town of Tenterfield. Highland Croft Cottage 住宿

The cottage offers you a fully serviced home away from home. The lounge boasts a wood heater with television and dvd player. There is also a BBQ outside with a basket breakfast included in the tariff, plus tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The master bedroom has french doors opening onto the verandah. Both rooms have cosy blankets, doonas and electric blankets. Highchair and cot available on request.
