It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

PencilWood Farm - A Berry rainforest sanctuary

Pencil wood farm is an incredibly peaceful four bedroom holiday home surrounded by undisturbed rainforest. Located by the permanently flowing Brogers Creek, you can swim in the creek in summer, and take misty mountain walks in winter. It has breathtaking mountain views enabling you to truly relax and unwind. Walk amongst ferns, say hello to wombats and enjoy this well appointed home with a fresh kitchen and bathrooms. The property includes a heated swimming pool (in summer) with large deck, lawned areas and a tennis court. STRICTLY 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, NO PARTIES, BUCKS WEEKENDS OR FUNCTIONS.

Although positioned 20 metres from the main house, it offers privacy and tranquillity in a natural bush land setting.
