Feel free to take a walk down to the river at the bottom of our property. There you will find a park like setting where you can relax and listen to nature if you like. Aloft is located on the edge of the Hoosier National Forest, minutes from hiking trails and Ski Paoli Peaks. Located about 20 minutes from French Lick Resort and Casino, Patoka Lake, Marengo Cave and Cave Country Canoes. You’ll love the loft because of the country setting, nestled in the trees. The loft is very comfortable and offers peace and quite with a contemporary, calming atmosphere. The loft is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

It is located 5 miles from Churchill Downs, 7 miles from the airport, and 2 miles from downtown.

The Cottage by the Woods

This small but newly renovated Cottage by the Woods offers a peaceful country alternative to an airbnb stay. The cottage is lightly decorated for seasonal transitions. It is located 15 minutes from downtown Madison, IN. A partial wrap around deck allows for a tranquil cup of coffee while bird watching. Free WiFi and Roku TV is provided along with other small amenities including various flavored coffee's for your morning cup of joe and a waffle making station.

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

The back deck overlooks the woods, where you can watch the wild birds and keep an eye on the free range chickens. This is a quiet spot for a retreat, but also 25 minutes from downtown Louisville. The Coop has a fully stocked kitchen and comes with eggs right from our flock....
