Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

The space is a 1 bedroom cottage in our fully fenced back yard surrounded by gardens in the front and a chicken run in the back. It’s away from the street and pretty quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is small but has everything necessary for cooking meals. Fresh eggs, u-pick blueberries, strawberries and garden veggies are available when in season. I’ve included everything for yoga and a large assortment of board games and puzzles for kids.

We're 6 miles south of downtown Grants Pass, and 2 miles north of Murphy. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, or catch a spectacular sunset. It's all good! The cottage is freestanding in a landscaped yard abutting fields growing alfalfa, wheat, and potatoes. A humble home with all of the basic comforts, it is a clean, light and bright respite in the countryside.
