The Lookout - dream, hide, explore

Calling all explorers, dreamers and creatives! Come for a quick retreat or stay to write that book. The lookout was built by owner Rob himself over ten years. There is thought and love behind every little detail. The house isn't perfect, there is raw wood, some things aren't finished, the furniture is vintage and may appear worn but if you look past that, you will find that everything there has its own story and that this house is made for the big things: sunrises, ocean dreaming and full-moons

Guest suite in Constantia. Francolin Studio

A beautiful light and spacious self-catering studio with mountain views set in a quiet, peaceful and relaxing part of Constantia. There is direct access to a riverside walking trail. Close to spectacular wine farms, walking distance to shops and restaurants and a hospital close by. It has a separate entrance, private parking on the property, comes with all modern conveniences including air conditioning and a solar back-up system. There is a gas barbecue and guests are welcome to use the pool.

Mountain View Penthouse

Light, bright and spacious top floor apartment featuring two spacious (en suite) bedrooms. The penthouse is within walking distance to the beach and has incredible mountain and sea views from its two balconies. It is Superbly positioned in a tranquil setting. The block has a fantastic and well-maintained pool and garden area and 24 hours security so its very safe and secure. Please note that this is strictly a non smoking block. This apartment has a back up power source to combat load shedding.

Misty Cliffs Work and Surf

Stay here and enjoy stunning sea views, peaceful nature and a refined yet homely interior. Watch glowing sunsets or passing whales and dolphins and the romantic mist over the cliffs with the sound of waves as your constant backdrop. Relax by the fireplace in the spacious double‑storey lounge, cook in the fully equipped open‑plan kitchen and work with fast fibre and a “ready‑to‑plug‑in” office setup. Down a leafy lane , found at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac, you will find one of four very quaint cottages belonging to what used to be a wine farm called “Walloon Farm.” This particular cottage is called “The Old Barn.” An absolutely super place to come home to after being out for a busy day.

Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Constantia Glen, Beau Constantia including Chefs Warehouse, to name but a few. We are a 20 minute drive to the Waterfront and Cape Town CBD.

You’ll love the charming décor of this stylish and cosy guest suite which is load shedding free! Your own private space and free secure parking. A king size bed and a day bed converts to two single beds,making it family friendly. We are conveniently located fifteen minutes from the Airport, twenty minutes to most beaches as well as Cape Town city centre.University of Cape Town and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are a ten minute journey. Newlands cricket is five minutes walk .

Riverside

Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by a green belt and mountains. Central to lots of activities such as hikes/walks, wine farms, local restaurants and shops. We have many pets on the property, 4 friendly dogs which is, 1 ridgeback, 1 Labrador and 2 medium mixed breeds, 3 cats and 2 bunnies. It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking inside the property. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road whom Patrol all the time

Falcon House 3 in Chelsea

Falcon House is one of the oldest houses in the Wynberg Chelsea village, with character, beautiful details, and a story to tell! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is incredibly spacious with high ceilings and is on the top floor of the original home (with 2 separate apartments underneath on the ground floor). It has a its own separate external access via an outside staircase leading up to a deck where you can enjoy the outside under and umbrella.
