Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)

It has a large kitchen with centre island bench, and a lounge/dining area opening onto a sunny courtyard. It’s perfect for short or long stays.
