The living room has an 85" TV, surround sound and high-speed internet for movies/games. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.

We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

The space is decorated in modern farmhouse. This hidden oasis is located on Lake Lewisville, in Little Elm , Tx."The Studio," is located on two and a half acres of mature oaks. We offer 135 lineal feet of sandy beach and some incredible sunsets. Shopping: Frisco the cowboy's sport stadium, Legacy west ,Grandview in The Colony , and PGA are close by. Antiquing: downtown Denton or Mckinney Tx. Or just hang out and relax. How about some fishing. Enjoy the firepit with friends.

If you’re looking for fancy, this isn’t the cabin for you. It is VERY clean, but not updated/renovated. No pets allowed.
