Welcome to our cosy 1 bedroom ground floor annexe apartment, nestled in the heart of the lovely village of Pennard/Southgate. Located just a short walk to Pennard Castle, the stunning Three Cliffs Bay and Pobbles. Along with a golf club and course, local pub, cafes and convenience stores, a park, library and chemist. A perfect starting point for exploring Gower and beyond, we offer a parking space right outside and are a 1 minute walk to the bus stop which offers routes to and around Swansea.

The Gower Hotel is just a stones throw away and the cottage is within walking distance of the delightful South Gower village of Bishopston. It is within walking distance to the centre of mumbles (15mins) where you can find plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants or enjoy a walk along the promenade. You are close to some amazing local beaches within walking distance, Langland & Caswell or Llangennith Beach, Port Eynon and Three Cliffs Bay only a 15 minutes drive away.
