"The Granny Flat"

We have always called our wee cabin The Granny Flat, even though it has never been used as one. With a night-store heater that keeps it cozy in winter; a double bed; bathroom and full kitchen. Very close to a beach that often has dolphins right inshore at Howells Point. Located on a large double section with the owner's residence next door. You have exclusive use of the one bedroom flat with everything you need. Then unplug, relax and enjoy the birdsong. Sorry no WiFi. Friendly dogs welcome.

Tranquil Windsor Hideaway

Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Private unit, a rural farmstay

Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids and sounds that come from a rural environment

Southfiord B&B *The Cottage* Te Anau Milford Sound

Peaceful, warm and cosy space to relax. The cottage is one bedroom, with king bed & ensuite. Kitchenette with fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Both the bedroom and lounge have there own TV. Free WiFi. With a view to the mountains from the lounge, the cottage allows guest to have a little more privacy and self cater light meals. Glencairn is a unique and family-friendly place. It is located on a 12 acre rural lifestyle block only 15 mins from Arrowtown with stunning views of the Remarkables and Coronet Peak. The guesthouse is made up from three separate units linked with a hardwood pergola and private outdoor BBQ and dining area. Glencairn is situated perfectly between Wanaka and Queenstown allowing you to easily explore the Wakitipu basin during the day and escape to your rural sanctuary at night.

This unique place has a style all its own. Come and enjoy some peace and quiet admiring the outstanding views of Mount Benger in your own wood stoked stainless steel hot tub. The hot tub will be filled with fresh water and heated on request. There are several outstanding cafes locally along with the beautiful Clutha Gold Cycle trail. The Millers Flat Tavern is open for meals Pinders Pond is a local swimming attraction. Highland Bike hire in Roxburgh has ebikes for hire.
