If you’re looking for location, look no further! Our awesome, modern 3-bedroom apartment is located within a 5-minute walk and 1-minute drive from downtown Queenstown with beautiful views out over Lake Wakatipu, Cecil Peak & the Skyline Gondola. The apartment is funky and modern with three large bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with a super king, an open plan lounge flows out to a front deck with views. Parking is easy with a remote access garage and park outside the apartment.

This architectural luxury warm and modern 3/4 bed home plus studio is close to Wanaka, the local trails, the lake and the river. It has expansive mountain views, a huge lawn and privacy. Very warm and cosy with everything you need. Just 7kms from the historic village of Arrowtown and 20 minutes from downtown Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu.
