Centrally located for everything that the Gold Coast has to offer, this is a newly-renovated, luxury self-contained unit that promotes a fresh, holiday feel. Situated in a cul-de-sac on the ground floor of our house, this unit has a separate side entrance, wi-fi, secure carport and cute garden courtyard to have your sunset drinks or morning coffee. A great place to retreat and still be so close to all the Gold Coast attractions. Please note, that as the property owners, we live above this unit.

Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

It is located in a lovely, quiet and leafy neighbourhood with easy access to the M1, public transport and many amenities within walking distance - including Chirn Park cafes and Gold Coast Aquatic Centre.
