3 blocks from the ocean and 1/2 block from the Carolina Beach Lake trail. Ample parking and private sun deck/shaded patio to wind down after the beach. Freshly renovated and decorated in March 22'. Updated 1930’s beach cottage located on an ocean front lot and just steps to the beach. Old school vintage charm with modern comforts. Top deck has amazing ocean views to the north and south and the living room has great sunrise views. This house is located on the ocean side of the street but our personal house between it and the ocean. Brand new stainless appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Laundry is available for guest, shared with long term tenants and located outside in garage area.
