We offer 9 modern en suite rooms which we can arrange as a double or a twin for you, each has its own front door leading onto a courtyard where you can park your car free of charge. Pets are also welcome during your stay with a pet charge of £10 per stay. We are ideally situated for Chester city centre, Chester Zoo and the McArthur Glen Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village each only being 10 minutes away. North Wales and the Wirral Peninsula are also on our doorstep.

You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay, we're in a quiet area of Blackpool with good transport to all that Blackpool has to offer, we're very close to the North and Bispham beaches and the main area of the illuminations. We have a main shared kitchen on the ground floor and a 2nd shared kitchen on the 1st floor so it's perfect for a self catering holiday. We have a large shared lounge on the ground floor and a front garden to relax in on those warmer days.

At the Roselea Hotel, on St Chads Road, all our rooms are En-suite with there own shower toilet and sink. Roselea Hotel is ideally situated between central and south piers on St Chads Road. We offer special weekly and mid week prices. We supply all bed linen and towels, towels are charged every second day.
