St Annes Retreat.

St Annes Retreat, a lovely ground floor apartment in the picturesque town of Lytham St Annes. Just a short distance to the beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants, cinema and world famous Royal Lytham St Annes golf course. Sleeping up to three, plus a baby in the travel cot, the accommodation comprises of a Lounge, separate dining room (with sofa bed for additional guest), kitchen and utility room and a double bedroom. Your pet is welcome, but we ask they don't join you on the bed or sofas.

Beautiful Churchtown village only a 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walk away, with pubs, restaurants, & independent shops etc. Southport town centre and famous Lord Street a 15 minute drive. Close to many of Southport’s prestigious golf courses and yearly flower show. Great local cycling and walking.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will have access to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.
