Keittiö ja kylpyhuoneet ovat erittäin korkeatasoiset ja näyttävät. Autolla pääsee pihaan ja latauspisteellä lataat sähköauton. Losseja kulkee koko ajan ympäri vuorokauden. Asunnosta löytyy kaikki tämän päivän mukavuudet, ikkunoista tulvii valoa sisälle ja tunnelmaa luo leveät lautalattiat ja korkea huonekorkeus. Asunnon laatutaso on yleisesti korkea. Autoilija saa auton omalle yksityiselle parkkipaikalle. Asuntoon kuuluu oma terassi, joten aamukahvit voit nauttia ulkona. Tämä asunto takaa loistavat yöunet!

Olet kivenheiton päässä funikulaarista ja föristä. Täydelliseen äänentoistojörjestelmään kuuluvat vinyylisoitin, Internet-radio, CD-soitin, Bluetooth-yhteys ja Amphion-laatukaiuttimet. Vieraidemme käytössä on autohallipaikka, joissa voi myös ladata sähkö- tai hybridiautoa maksua vastaan.

In the heart of Turku, opposite Åboa Vetusta, there is a unique, air-conditioned (cooling / heating) studio apartment on the mezzanine for up to 4-6 people. Stay like at home in the center of Turku. The price includes bed linens, towels, as well as detergents and coffee/tea/spices in the kitchen. You will have access to a kitchen and a bathroom-toilet. Upon request, one parking space next to the apartment for €10/night. Check-in is from 4 PM to midnight and check-out is by 11 AM.

There is also available a separate wood-heated sauna (built 1980), a small rowing boat and a parking area with electricity for charging/heaters
