There's a private decked patio with shared use of the front garden. Brighton's chic shopping & vibrant nightlife is a 30 min stroll along the prom. Our welcome pack includes local Artisan bread, semi skimmed milk, butter, plus homemade jam & cakes. Car drivers also get a free 1 day visitor parking permit to help you settle in, and there is nearby EV charging.

This secluded barn is a quirky unique space located the foot of the South Downs Country park. Placed on the crossroads of bridle/footpath. Bbq and secluded outside space, living area, wood burner. One bedroom, king size bed with a Hypnos premier mattress, tea/coffee etc., Short walk to pub where your dog is welcome. The Quirky Houseboat Dodge

A unique opportunity to stay in a floating piece of artwork. The carapace is an upturned lifeboat hull mounted on a Dodge fire engine. Moored on estuarine mudflats on the River Adur. Sit outside and enjoy the RSPBs' smallest reserve. Cross the towpath to the park and playground, 2 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes to town centre. The Dodge is loved by adults and children and featured in CBBC’s All Over The Place. It is comfy and cosy, sleeps 5 (two doubles and optional single bed).

We are situated in a lovely area 3minutes from the train station it’s about 5 stops into Brighton and takes about 12 minutes . We have a shopping square over the road , you can get everything you need there. We are a 5 minute walk to a beach with great cafes . A dog friendly park is just a stroll up the road. The annex is self contained with own front door,double bed,shower, towels. Microwave oven,compact fridge,washing machine ,parking on-drive.Tea&coffee.
