The house is located in Richmond, a small and friendly suburb bordering the vibrant neighbourhood of Melville, close to Millpark Hospital. The house was featured in Home & Leisure design magazine in 2016 due to its inspirational philosophy and its unique and creative architecture and interior design, as well as a Netflix series and a number of TV commercials.

Quiet and convenient for business, holiday guests & those joining tours. Within 1 Km of the Rosebank business, retail and entertainment precincts . Adjacent facilities; the Gautrain metro rail station (serving Sandton, OR Tambo Int. Airport, Johannesburg and Pretoria city centres and tourist attractions), hop-on- hop-off bus, international cricket stadium, fabulous parks. In contrast, the accommodation is in a quiet, secure and leafy residential suburb. Backup for power and water supply.

Off-grid, solared powerd, sustainable, stylish home that has natural light pouring in through large double volume windows. Ideal for families and business colleagues. Our house is not suitable for parties. Upstairs there is a master suite with a balcony and a second bedroom, both en-suite. Downstairs is a double bedroom and converted study with single beds. The house is equipped with a gas fire in the lounge and a gas stove in the kitchen. The hot tub is not available due to loadshedding.

High security boomed area with access control, 24 hour guard patrols and cameras. The popular Westcliff stairs are just 500m away, for fitness or sunset view

Water backup and solar so no load shedding , situated close to Sandton in a quiet suburb, the cottage has its own entrance, garden, off street parking and is very private with its own bathroom, living area and a well equipped kitchen, it also includes a scullery containing a washing machine and additional sink and storage space.
