Eiffel at Bassinaud - relaxing and well-equipped

Eiffel is spacious and light with high ceilings and large windows offering views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and reversible air-conditioning. The perfect home from home!

Maison Chinsa Entire House

Newly renovated gîte with an optional exclusive-use of Jacuzzi available between May & September on request. This entire cottage is nestled in the heart of the charming village of Saint Angeau, within walking distance of a restaurant, tabac, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. Ideally located, it is just a 25-minute drive from the historic city of Angoulême, known for its vibrant restaurants and bars. The stunning châteaux of Rochefoucauld and Verteuil-sur-Charente are also just a short drive away."

Le Logis de Saint Germain

A charming Logis de chasse (hunting lodge) dating from 1666, on the edge of the village of Saint German de Montbron, nestling in the beautiful Charente countryside. We have two very spacious bedrooms, a large salon, kitchen and bathroom. All is fully modernised. Access to the garden for outdoor dining, barbecue, all in a very pretty garden. Use of the owners above ground pool and 2 acres of garden. We also have a second gite, for two people, listed on Airbnb, making it ideal for larger groups.

Gorgeous and totally private location, in rural location. Far reaching views and serene setting, lots of parking and fabulous POOL (5m x 10m) which is heated from beginning of June to end of October. Full of rustic charm inside, with loads of space and many quirky old features. Fantastic outdoor entertaining area, with magical automatic illuminating lanterns and large dining table. There is a barbecue and a ping-pong table. . Amazing setting, 2km from "Champagne" village pub and post office.

Situé dans un environnement calme, annexe de notre maison principale, sans vis à vis, dans une impasse avec forêt, vous pourrez vous garer gratuitement devant le logement sans souci. Vous vous ferez réveiller par les chants des oiseaux tout en étant proche de la N10 (1 mn en voiture) et à 3 mn du centre ville (en voiture) ou 5 mn en bus. Proche de tout commerce (supérette, boulangerie, tabac et pharmacie).
