This cottage is perfect place for special memory making getaway!!!!

Pineapple Bluff is a quaint historic cottage overlooking the Indian River. Abundant Florida wildlife including dolphins, manatees, and an assortment of aquatic birds are common sights from the dock. On a large lot dotted with palm trees, you will capture the tropical essence of Florida. Only one mile south of Historic Downtown Melbourne, with its shopping, restaurants, and night life, and 3.5 miles to the beach, the location is perfectly situated to take in all the sites of the Space Coast.

Welcome to The Majestic River Garden. This charming cottage was built in 1945 before this era of cookie cuter homes where every house in the neighborhood looks the same. The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

It is nestled within a quiet community with a privately gated entrance and shaded yard. There are two parking spots for vehicles. It is half of a duplex home located 1 block from the beach with many nearby restaurants and shops. It is just 1.5 miles from the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier, 2.5 miles from Port Canaveral and less than 20 miles from Kennedy Space Visitors complex.
