The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

A king and queen bed with memory foam mattress ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. In the morning, stroll to our private dock and catch a brilliant sunrise as dolphins swim by in search of their morning meal. Half duplex, and fully equipped with kitchen and cooking basics. Both halves can be rented together upon request.

2 bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress and a fold out couch in the living room. 3 smart TVs and high speed internet are included. The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES!
