Situada justo encima del acantilado de Llumeres, con vistas privilegiadas y directas al Faro Peñas, lugar de gran interés y demanda en el Principado de Asturias. Se compone de un espacioso salón y cocina totalmente equipada, dos terrazas (ambas con vistas al mar) baño completo, zona relax y un amplísimo dormitorio con bañera integrada e increíbles vistas al mar.
